निर्गम्

to go out, come forth (often with बहिस्), depart from (abl.), set out, start, [RV.] &c. &c.;
to come out or appear (as a bud), [Śak.] ;

to enter into any state, undergo (acc.), [MBh.] ;
(with निद्राम्) to fall asleep, [Kathās.] :
Caus.-गमयति, to cause or order to set out, [BhP.] :

निर्गम्     

निर्गम् [nirgam]   1 [P.]
To go out or forth, depart; प्रकाशं निर्गतः [Ś.4;] हुतवहपरिखेदादाशु निर्गत्य कक्षात् [Ṛs.1.27;] [Ms. 9.83;] [Amaru 61;] [Ś.3.25;6.4.]
To spring forth, arise; अन्यदर्ककिरणेभ्यो निर्गतम् [K.136.]
To remove; as in निर्गतविशङ्कः.
To be cured of a disease.
To come out or appear (as a bud); चूतानां चिरनिर्गतापि कलिका बघ्नाति न स्वं रजः [Ś.6.3.]
To go away, disappear.
To be freed from (with abl.).
To enter into or attain to any state, undergo, suffer.
