   there i.e. in what precedes or has been said, [ŚBr.]

अमुत्र [amutra]   ind. (opp. इह) [अदस्-त्रल्]
   There, in that place, therein; अमुत्रासन् यवनाः [Dk.127.]
   There (in what precedes or has been said), in that case.
   There above, in the next world, in the life to come; यावज्जीवं च तत्कुर्याद्येनामुत्र सुखं वसेत्; यत्तु वाणिजके दत्तं नेह नामुत्र तद्भवेत् [Ms.3.181;] पार्थ नैवेह नामुत्र विनाशस्तस्य विद्यते [Bg.6.4.]
   There; अनेनैवार्भकाः सर्वे नगरेऽमुत्र भक्षिताः [Ks.]
   Thither, that way. -Comp.
-भूयम्   Ved. Being in the other world; dying; अमुत्रभूयादधि यद् यमस्य बृहस्पतेरभिशस्तेरमुञ्चः [Av.7.53.1.]
