   very lovely or beautiful, very pleasing.
   same; all.
-मा   exquisite beauty, great lustre or splendour; कुरबककुसुमं चपलासुषमम् [Gīt.7;] सुषमाविषये परीक्षणे निखिलं पद्ममभाजि तन्मुखात् [N.2.27;] [Bv.1.26;2.12,74,] 82;3.7.

   1. beautiful, handsome, pleasing.
   2. same, even, all.
  f.  (-मा)
   1. exquisite beauty.
   2. great refulgence.
   3. A period of time peculiar to the Jainas, the second division of a large period, containing six such portions, and that in which steady happiness is enjoyed by mankind: (the word however more usually occurs written सुखमा, as derived from सुख pleasure.)
   E. सु handsome, सम even, all, and the changed after this particle.
