   multitudinous. -m. (with पुरुष) the individual soul; अनादिरात्मा संभूतिर्विद्यते नान्तरात्मनः । समवायी तु पुरुषो मोहेच्छाद्वेष- कर्मजः ॥ [Y.3.125.] -Comp.
-कारणम्   inseparable cause, the material cause (one of the three kinds of कारण mentioned in Vaiśeṣika phil.).
