A snake. वामाङ्गीकृतवामाङ्गि कुण्डलीकृतकुण्डलि Udb.
A peacock.
An epithet of Varuṇa, and of Śiva.
The spotted or painted deer.
The golden mountain; काञ्चनाद्रौ सर्पे पुंसि तु कुण्डली [Nm.]
-नी   A form of Durgā or Śakti.
 N. N. of a नाडी in Yoga.

1. A Sakti or form of DURGA, wor- shipped by the Tantrikas.
2. A plant, (Meanispermum glabrum.) 3. Curds boiled with Ghee and spices.
E. कुण्डल and earring, and इनि affix; the rings on the snake, the eyes in the peacock's tail, &c. being compared to this ornament.
