शाचि  m. 1.m. pl. (perhaps connected with 2.शाक) barley or other grain which has the husk removed and is coarsely ground, [VS.] ([Mahīdh.] )
शाचि   2. (prob.fr.शच् = शक्), and having the sense of ‘strong’ in the following compounds.
