वर्धन II. n.  एक स्कंदपार्षद, जो अश्र्वियों के द्वारा स्कंद को प्रदान किये गये दो पार्षदो में सें एक था । दूसरे पार्षद का नाम नंदन था [म. स. ४४.३४] ।
