One who enjoys or eats.
Possessing.
Enjoying or making use of.
Feeling, enduring, experiencing.
Protecting, ruling, governing. -m.
A possessor, enjoyer, user; पुरुषोऽस्ति भोक्तृ- भावात् कैवल्यार्थप्रवृत्तेश्च Sāṅ. [K.17.]
A husband.
A king, ruler.
A lover.
An epithet of Viṣṇu.
