वीचि  f.  f. ( prob. fr. वि + 2. अञ्च्) going or leading aside or astray, aberration, deceit, seduction, [RV. x, 10, 6]
°चि  f. also m. ( [L.]) and f( ई). ( ifc., or °चिक) a wave, ripple, [Kāv.]; [VarBṛS.] &c.
प्रवाह   ‘wave’ as N. of a subdivision of a chapter (called , ‘river’), [Sadukt.]
अ-वीचि   ( prob. for ) a partic. hell, [R.] ( [L.] also = सुख, अवकाश, स्वल्प, अल्प, आलि, किरण).
