Upright, honest, straight-forward.
Disliked, disapproved; न प्रणाय्यो जनः कच्चिन् निकाय्यं तेऽधितिष्ठति [Bk.6.66.]
Free from passion, indifferent to worldly attachments (विरक्त).
Fit, worthy; प्रबूयात् प्रणाय्याय वान्तेवासिने [Ch. Up.3.11.5.]
