प्रकृष्     

प्रकृष् [prakṛṣ]   1 1 [P.]
To draw away, pull, attract.
To lead (as an army).
To bend (as a bow).
To increase.
To draw or stretch out, prolong.
To place before or in front.
To harass, disturb, afflict, trouble.
To drag along cruelly; प्रकृष्टाश्च तदा कामं देव- मार्गं च दर्शिताः [Rām.5.63.11.] -Pass. To be enhanced or increased; आवयोरपि यत् सङ्गात् पवित्रत्वं प्रकृष्यते [U.7.8.]
