पिष्टात  m. m. perfumed powder or dust (which the Hindus sprinkle over each other at the होली or spring festival), [Ratnâv.] ; [Kād.] ; [Rājat.] (cf.[RTL. 430] ).

पिष्टात     

पिष्टातः [piṣṭātḥ] पिष्टातकः [piṣṭātakḥ]   पिष्टातकः Fragrant powder (पिष्टातः पटवासकः Ak.); वृष्ट्या पिष्टातकस्य द्युतिमिह मलये मेरुतुल्यां दधानः [Nāg.2.] 13. (This powder is sprinkled over each other at Holi festival).
