    near, in the vicinity of; (with abl. or by itself); तमर्च्यमारादभिवर्तमानम् [R.2.1;5.3.]
    far from; with acc. also in both these senses; [Śi.3.31,8.29,] कथंचिदारा- दपथेन निन्यिरे 12.28; to a distant place, distant.
