   deceived, cheated; ऐक्याद्वयस्य ऋतवानिति विप्रलब्धः [Bhāg.1.15.19.]
   disappointed.
   hurt, injured.
-ब्धा   A woman disappointed by her lover's breaking his appointment; (one of the several classes of a Nāyikā in poetic composition); she is thus defined in [S. D.] : प्रियः कृत्वापि संकेतं यस्या नायाति संनिधिम् । विप्रलब्धेति सा ज्ञेया नितान्तमवमानिता ॥ 118.

   1. tricked, cheated, deceived.
   2. disappoint- ed.
  f.  (-ब्धी) A mistress whose lover is not true to his appointment, (considered as a character in drama.)
   E. वि and प्र, before लब्ध gained.
